Tracey Bresnihan was born in Bury St Edmunds on November 23, 1979. Tracey was the kindest and bravest person God put on this earth.She always cared for and gave generously to people less fortunate then herself and never complained about her illness.
Heaven gained a Beautiful Angel on the day we lost you.
